Jaguar InControl® Touch™
The standard multimedia interface on the new Jaguar lineup is Jaguar InControl® Touch™, bringing you easy access to all your favorite infotainment features via InControl® Apps™, Bluetooth® phone and audio connectivity, and 2D and 3D map navigation on an attractive, high-resolution 8-inch touchscreen interface. You can even control important features like climate and vehicle controls via the touchscreen and control other features right from the steering wheel.
Jaguar InControl® Touch Pro™
Starting in early 2016, Jaguar began equipping select models and trims with the high-end Jaguar InControl® Touch Pro™ multimedia interface. Building on the best elements of Jaguar InControl® Touch™, the InControl® Touch Pro™ system takes infotainment to the next level on a 10.2-inch touchscreen with advanced navigability features like swiping, pinch-to-zoom, and more advanced voice controls. You’ll also enjoy a navigation system with even more enhanced capabilities.
Jaguar InControl® Apps™
Jaguar InControl® Apps™ is the British automaker’s built-in smartphone app integration system, which allows Android™ and Apple iOS® smartphone customers to get fully connected to their vehicles InControl® multimedia system. Enjoy intuitive access to a plethora of advanced smartphone apps, including a variety of apps for news, entertainment, travel, and much more.
Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™
With Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™, you’ll be able to perform a variety of vehicle functions and keep track of your car, all from an easy-to-use smartphone app while also getting the assistance you need when you need it. Jaguar InControl Remote™ lets you perform a variety of remote vehicle functions, including:
- Locking and unlocking the door
- Starting the engine
- Controlling the in-vehicle climate
- Beeping the horn/Flashing the lights
- Locating the vehicle
InControl® Protect also gives you access to a variety of important features to help you secure, including an SOS emergency button and an Optimized Jaguar Assistance button that lets you quickly and easily access roadside assistance.
Stolen Vehicle Locator
You have a lot invested in your Jaguar—both financially and emotionally. That’s why it’s important to make sure your vehicle is completely backed up. New Jaguar models feature a stolen vehicle locater that uses advanced GPS technologies to track the location of your vehicle and allows you to contact authorities to file a report and reach the Stolen Vehicle Monitoring Center. Once you’ve done this, the Stolen Vehicle Monitoring Center will work with police to track down your Jaguar.
Meridian™ Audio Systems
The multimedia experience in your Jaguar wouldn’t be complete without a world-class sound system to back it up. Jaguar vehicles come equipped with high-end Meridian™ sound system, including:
- Meridian™ Sound System – The base system on many Jaguar models is this premium 11-speaker system with 380 watts, strategic speaker placement, dual subwoofers, and an amplifier.
- Meridian™ Surround Sound System – The mid-level sound system in the Jaguar Meridian™ lineup is a high-end 17-speaker system that produces 825 watts and comes with exclusive technologies like Trifield multi-channel sound integration and 3D sound.
- Meridian™ Signature Sound System – At the top of the lineup is the exclusive Meridian™ Signature Sound System, which features 26 speakers with a total output of 1,300 watts, as well as a two-channel subwoofer and the world debut of Trifield 3D Technology in a car.
